  • • 1 kg Zucchini
  • one Chopped onion
  • Chopped parsley
  • a tablespoon of ghee
  • 1/4 kg minced meat finely
  • oil for frying

Step 1

• After soaking rice and washing it, put minced meat, onion, parsley, rice and condiments in a pan, and then flip them with a spoon of ghee for 4 minutes and not more than this.

Step 2

• Fill zucchinis with the relish, fry them with oil until the zucchini shape changes and wilt, then raise them from the oil and then put them in a strainer to get rid of oil.

Step 3

• At this time, the relish is ready. Prepare the tamarind and then put tomato paste on it and put zucchini with them. Leave them to boil until zucchinis become cooked.

Step 4

• After that, filter soup carefully and set it aside, and then put zucchinis in the serving plate with a small bowl of the soup.
