250 g lamb meat, chopped.
2 green capsicums, cleaned from seeds.
1/2 bunch dill, finely chopped.
1 tomato, diced.
5 mushrooms, sliced.
3 tablespoons vegetables oil.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
2 tablespoons pizza cheese, grated.
Heat oil in a pot. Add meat, onion, and capsicum with stirring until tender. Add tomato and mushrooms and stir for 2 minutes.
Add one cup of hot water and boil the ingredients, then sprinkle salt and pepper.
Reduce heat, cover the pot, and simmer for 1/2 hour. Meanwhile, in another pot boil water with lemon juice and place artichokes over it and cover the pot. Reduce heat and parboil the artichokes for 20 minutes until soften.
Then place the artichoke over the meat in a serving dish and serve.
