1 cup peeled wheat, soaked and rinsed.

250 g lamb meat ( with its bones), diced.

6 cups water.

1 tablespoon tomato paste.

1 teaspoon salt.

1 cups chick-pea, soaked and rinsed.

For sauce:

2 lemons juice.

2 garlic cloves, crushed.


Place the peeled wheat in a pot with meat and bones. Add salt, water, and soaked chick-pea.

Heat the water until boil; remove the fat from water’s surface when it appears. Cook until all ingredients are softened.

Remove the bones and add tomato paste and blend well. Simmer for 15 minutes .

Serve hot with lemon juice mix ( lemon juice, crushed garlic, and roasted bread).
