250 g veal, chopped.

6 cups meat broth.

2 tablespoons flour.

4 tablespoons curd.

2 tablespoons butter.

1 teaspoon paprika.

1/2 tablespoon tomato paste.

Salt to taste.


Pour 6 cups of water over a pot and parboil the meat over it. In a large bowl add flour and curd and blend them well together until it be thick. Add meat broth to the mixture to make it thinner. Add the mixture to soup slowly with stirring. Heat the soup until boil, then sprinkle salt. Melt the butter over a saucepan and add paprika and tomato paste then add the sauce to the soup. Serve the soup hot.
