1/2 kg lamb meat ( mozat).

1 cup vermicelli.

1 big onion.

2 kg tomatoes.

2 cups hot water.

2 teaspoons salt.

1/2 teaspoon spices.

1 tablespoon margarine.

Ground carnation.

Lemon juice.


Dice meat to small pieces. cut onion into 4 pieces, squeeze tomatoes and drain it

Brown vermicelli in a saucepan with butter over medium heat then add to tomato juice.

  • You can cook vermicelli with meat broth or the sauce over medium heat until boil.

 Melt margarine and fry the meat  over low heat with stirring until brown, then cover it by water and tomato juice.

Add onion, salt, and spices and cover pot until the meat is cooked well. Serve soup hot with lemon juice.
