1 1/2 kg meat diced.

Zucchini, diced.

1 kg green kidney bean, chopped.

1 onion, chopped.

2 potatoes, diced.

2 carrots, diced.

Cinnamon stick. 2

3 tablespoons tomato paste.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

Black pepper to taste.



Heat vegetable oil in a pressure cooker and fry the onion over it until golden. Add meat and stir for 2 minutes.

Add cinnamon, salt, pepper, and 2 L water. Pressure pot and place it over high heat, when the steam starts to exist  let it for 15 minutes then remove from flame and wait for a few minutes until steam go out.

Add green kidney bean, zucchini, carrot, potato, and tomato paste and cook them in the pressure cooker over high heat. When steam starts to exist wait for 10 minutes then open the pot’s cover and serve.
