Ingredients:

1 dried onion.

1 garlic clove.

1 leek stalk.

1 carrot.

1 zucchini.

Parsley.

2 tablespoons flour.

2 eggs.

Water, spices, and curd.

Directions:

Chop all the vegetables finely. Add onion, garlic, and the vegetables and stir until tender then add water. In a bowl add the egg, flour, curd and blend well until you get a thick mixture. Add the mixture to the vegetables. And when it is cooked add parsley and spices then pour the soup in the serving dishes and serve hot.
