1/2 KG meat, minced.

1 onion, chopped.

3 tablespoons rice, parboiled.

3 eggs.

1/2 bunch parsley.

1 teaspoon salt.

1/2 teaspoon black pepper.




Blend meat with onion, rice, parsley, eggs, salt, and pepper well.

Cut the meat mixture into small pieces and roll them in egg shape then parboil them in a pot; Parboil them for 7 minutes then drain them.

Blend the remained eggs and dunk the parboiled meat balls into it then dunk them into flour and fry it over hot oil in a saucepan. Serve hot.
