Corn flour.

1/2 kg ready-made pizza dough.

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil.

1 1/2 water glass fontina cheese, grated.

1 1/2 water glass chopped tomatoes.

1 cup  onion, chopped.

2 tablespoons jalapeno pepper, seedless and chopped.

1/2 cup pastrami, sliced.

Black pepper  ground

1/3 cup parsley leaves, chopped.

Grease a baking dish with oil or butter then sprinkle corn flour over it. on a flour sprinkled surface dough the pizza dough and make it 10-15 inch in thick then place it over the baking dish.

Fold the ends and grease them with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle grated cheese over it ( be 1/2 inch away from its sides), then allot tomatoes, onion, jalapeño pepper, and pastrami over it. season with pepper and olive oil.

Bake it over an oven for 10-15 minutes until the dough bottom becomes goldish. Adorn with parsley,broccoli and serve hot.
