2 tablespoons butter.
2 tablespoons flour.
1/2 cup rice.
3 tomatoes.
1 tablespoon tomato paste.
3 cups milk.
3 cups water.
4 tablespoons Kashkaval, grated.
Salt, pepper, and mint to taste.
Melt butter in a pot. Add flour to it and stir until its color be yellow then add lukewarm water and milk in batches with stirring. Add tomato and tomato paste.
In another pot parboil rice until it is cooked well. add it to the soup with salt and Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle pepper, mint, and Kashkaval cheese over it and serve.
