  • • 1-2 pounded garlic cloves.
  • • 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • • 1/2 a cup of tahini,
  • 1/4 – 1/2 a cup of cold water.
  • • 1/2 a cup of lemon juice.


Step 1

• Put tahini and grated garlic together in an electrical mixer and mix them while adding lemon juice and water alternatively one by one., then add salt with continuous flipping until the sauce becomes solid and homogeneous.

    Really good chicken ! I made this for myslef and my 3 year old grand nephew, he loved them! He would have polished off all 8 drumsticks had I let him, but I wanted some too! I used allspice and curry powder, instead of ginger and turmeric. Served with rice, sweet potatoes and green beans. The onion sauce was very yummy! Looking forward to making more of your recipes.
