3 eggs.

5 water glasses of four.

100  ghee.


Margarine for greasing the baking dish.


1/2 spinach, finely chopped.

1 big onion, finely chopped.

Dill, chopped.


250 g cheese.

Black pepper.


Place flour in a big pot then add eggs, water, and salt to it and blend well until getting consistent dough.

For stuffing:

Rub the spinach with salt for 3 minutes to remove the bitter taste.
