3 eggs.

1/5 cup sugar.

250 g spinach.

3/4 cup vegetables oil.

2 cups flour.

1 baking powder envelope.

Vanilla envelope.

Cream ingredients:

1/2 kg milk.

1 egg.

3 tablespoons flour.

1 tablespoon margarine.

1 small cup sugar powder.

1 lemon, grated.

1 vanilla envelope.

4 envelopes cream chante.

1 cup milk.

Pistachio, crushed.


Blend eggs with sugar by electronic blender until getting a creamy texture.

Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pot and place spinach over it;  stir until tender.

Then blend the spinach over an electronic blender after pouring the remained oil over it.

Add spinach mixture to the eggs mixture.  Then add flour, baking powder,  and vanilla and blend well .

Prepare cake mold by greasing it with oil and sprinkling flour over it, and then add the cake dough . bake over a preheated oven ( 175 degrees C). After 30 minutes get cake out of oven and let it to cool.

divide the cake crosswise into two pieces.

To prepare cream:

Heat milk over a pot. Add eggs and flour with stirring continually. Remove from flame and add 1 tablespoon margarine, grated lemon, vanilla, and sugar powder ; blend them over the electronic blender for about 4-5 minutes until cream becomes ready.

Blend 4 envelopes of cream chante with 1 cup of milk then pour it over the cream.

After that grease the cream between the two pieces of cake and on cake’s surface and sides. Adorn with Pistachio.
