1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped.
1 teaspoon garlic, crushed.
6 cups water ( or 1500 Ml).
1 tablespoon soy sauce.
1 envelope vegetable soup.
400 g shrimp , peeled and cleaned.
120 g noodles with eggs.
2 tablespoons green onion leaves, chopped.
Heat oil over saucepan. Add ginger and garlic to it with stirring. Add water, soy sauce, and vegetable soup envelope to it and boil them for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and noodles with eggs and simmer for 5 minutes until shrimp and noodles are cooked.
Adorn with green onion and serve hot.
