Ingredients

  • • 1kg of small sized zucchini.
  • • ¼ a kg of fine lean meat.
  • • ½ a kg of Arabic yoghurt.
  • • 1 cup of water.
  • • Fried Pine.
  • • 2 tablespoons of tahini.
  • • Salt
  • • Pepper to taste.
  • • A spoon of ghee.
  • • Parsley.

Methods

Step 1

• Fry meat and onion with ghee, spice using salt and pepper to taste then add the minced parsley at final the raise meat from fire.

Step 2

• Dig zucchini deeply then stuff it with meat to ¾ the piece of each zucchini and the zucchini pulp. Close the hole of each zucchini.

Step 3

• Fry zucchinis until they become roasted.

Step 4

• Put yoghurt, water and tahini in a pot and mew them well.

Step 5

• Put zucchini in yoghurt, and when yoghurt starts boiling, turn off the heat and put zucchini with yoghurt in the serving plate.

Step 6

• Put fried pine on the surface for decoration and serve beside rice.
