Ingredients

  • • 10 long sheep intestines.
  • • 10 cups of Egyptian rice.
  • • 1/2 a kg of sheep fat.
  • • 1 kg of minced meat.
  • • 2 spoons of black pepper
  • condiment
  • cinnamon stick
  • carnation
  • cardamom and grinded and mixed nutmeg.
  • •cup of Soaked chick peas.
  • •cup of Pine

Methods

Step 1

• Add the washed and filtered from water well rice with minced meat, pine, Aleppian condiment and soaked chick peas then start filling and tying using a cotton needle between the distance of every 4 fingers.

Step 2

• Then, boil the intestines in water with adding a laurel leaf and a little mastic to the meal.

Step 3

• When you become sure from cooking it, pour it in the serving plate.
