Ingredients

  • • 4 cups or 1000ml of water.
  • • 1 can or 397g of nestle sweetened concentrated milk.
  • • 1/4 a teaspoon of grinded mastic.
  • • 1/4 a teaspoon of grinded mahaleb.
  • • 3 tablespoons or 40g of corn starch.
  • • 3 tablespoons of rose water.
  • • 1 teaspoon of grinded cinnamon.

Methods

Step 1

• Put water and nestle sweetened milk, mastic, mahaleb and corn starch in a big pot for the sauce.

Step 2

• Boil the mix then leave it on a backburner for 7-10 minutes with continuous flipping.

Step 3

• Raise the pot from heat and add rose water to it, then pour the mix inside serving cups.

Step 4

• Sprinkle grinded cinnamon on the surface and serve this drink hot beside cake.
