  • • 1/4 a KG of minced meat
  • 2 eggs
  • a small onion
  • flour
  • frying ghee
  • salt
  • condiment


Step 1

• Mix the minced meat with salt and condiment and then add egg and mix them all.

Step 2

• Add flour with stirring then add onion after mincing it finely

Step 3

• Stir the mix well until it becomes solid, and then make round and thin tablets and dunk it with flour or grinded cake, and then brown it with ghee.

Step 4

• Serve it with salad.
