Rice with Vermicelli

  • • 1 cup of rice.
  • • 1/3 a cup of vermicelli.
  • • 4 tablespoons of corn oil (or 1/4 a tablespoon of ghee to taste).
  • • 1 cup of soup or water
  • salt
  • pepper


Step 1

• Heat oil or ghee and roast the vermicelli on it on a backburner with continuous flipping until its color becomes yellow then add rice to it.

Step 2

• Flip the mix for a minute with considering not to leave the vermicelli burn. Add the soup and spice it with salt and pepper.

Step 3

• Note: when the mix gets boiled cover the plate and leave it on a backburner to be well cooked with flipping for 2 or 3 times. • You can add a spoon of fresh whipped cream and flip it a minute before the completeness of cooking.
