rice with saffron

2 water glasses of rice.3.5 water glasses chicken broth.1 tablespoon margarine.
2/3 glass of canned peas.
2 carrots, diced.
1/2 bunch dill. Chopped.
1/2 teaspoon saffron.
Soak rice in a lukewarm water for one hour.
Meanwhile, parboil the diced carrot then drain and cool.
Boil chicken broth in a deep pot then add salt, saffron, and margarine to it, then place the rice over it after draining from water.
Stir by a woody spoon and heat until it starts to boil then reduce heat.
When the rice slightly absorbs the broth add carrots, peas, and dill to it and stir.
When it is cooked well place it in a serving dish and serve.
