Rice with Cauliflower

Ingredients
- • 2 cups of rice.
- • 8 pieces of half boiled cauliflower.
- • 100g of mushroom.
- • 1 small minced green capsicum(green allspice).
- • 1 cup of yoghurt.
- • 3 cups of water.
- • 4 minced garlic cloves.
- • 2 pieces of sliced onion.
- • Salt
- non-grinded cumin
- grinded paprika
- shatta (spicy paste or spicy liquid)
- • 4 pieces of cardamom.
- • A cinnamon stick.
- • A small piece of ginger.
- • 2 tablespoons of ghee.
Methods
Step 1
• Fry mushroom after cutting and raising it then fry cauliflower a little and raise it.
Step 2
• Fry the onion and garlic until the color becomes light golden then add pepper, flip and spice with spices.
Step 3
• Fry the rice aside until you get a light golden color.
Step 4
• Put yogurt and water on heat until they boil, then add rice and the rest of contents and then flip and leave them on heat in a tight pot until it absorbs the liquid rice then reduce the heat and leave it until it become cooked, then serve it hot.
