Ingredients:

Radish with its leaves.

2 white onions, chopped.

30 g butter.

1/2 L water.

Salt and pepper.

Directions:

Rinse radish and its leaves and chop them.  Melt butter in a pressure cooker,  place the onion and radish over it and fry for 5 minutes until brown. Without covering the pot.

In another pot boil 1/2 L of water with salt. Pour the water over the vegetables, cover the pressure cooker and boil the soup for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
