2 tablespoons margarine.

1 onion, finely chopped.

3 garlic cloves, minced.

1/2 cup green coriander, chopped.

1/2 Kg green Okra ( big ones).

8 cups chicken broth.

2 tablespoons lemon juice.

1 teaspoon dried coriander, grounded.

Salt and pepper.


Melt  1 tablespoon of margarine in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic to it with stirring until tender.

Add coriander and okra with stirring to let all ingredients mix together. Add broth and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

When the soup starts to boil reduce heat, cover the pot, and simmer for 30 minutes.

Heat the remain margarine over saucepan. Add 1 garlic clove and coriander and stir until goldish.

Add garlic mixture to the soup and cover then mix the soup by electronic mixer until it be thick.

Heat the soup for 5 minutes until it starts to boil. Pour soup over serving dish and serve.
