Ingredients

  • • 700g of green and head-peeled okra.
  • • Tomatoes, washed and chopped into 4 rings.
  • • 4 tablespoons of tomato paste.
  • • 1 big and finely minced onion.
  • • 2 mashed garlic.
  • • 4 spoons of vegetable oil.
  • • 2 tablespoons of green coriander.
  • • 1 chili.
  • • 1 cup of water.
  • • Salt
  • condiment

Methods

Step 1

• Fry okra with oil on a moderate heat.

Step 2

• Raise onion and set it aside on a blotter.

Step 3

• Fry onion until it becomes cooked , then add coriander , garlic , tomatoes and the tomato paste.

Step 4

• Continue cooking above the moderate heat for 2 minutes.

Step 5

• Add okra, salt, condiment, water and chili.

Step 6

• Leave them on heat for 20 minutes. • Serve the plate cold with slices of sour lemon.
