4 pieces lamb meat.

2 cups Oats.

4 pieces lamb meat with bone.

1 onion, grated.


4 tomatoes.

3 tablespoons tomato paste.

Spices .

5 garlic cloves, crushed.


Brown onion in a saucepan with margarine and place meat and spices over it. Add garlic, tomato, and tomato paste until they are mixed together. Pour boiling water and wait until meat is cooked.

Drain the broth in a bowl, put the oats over it, boil it until it is cooked without salt.
