1 dough slice.

400 g rough konafa.

100 g butter.


For sugar syrup:

2 glasses water.

2 glasses sugar.


Roll out the dough; grease the dough with 50 g butter.

Blend the remained butter with konafa well then roll out the konafa over the dough.

Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over konafa, then roll the dough slice and chop it in rings and arrange over the baking dish.

Cook over a preheated oven until slightly brown, then place in a serving dish, pour sugar syrup over it and serve.
