100 g mushrooms, sliced.

50 g butter.

50 g flour.

2 garlic cloves, crushed.

1 1/2 L water.

3 Chicken Stock Cubes.

1 1/2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped.

Salt and white pepper.

Cardamom. ground

Ginger. ground

50 g onion, finely chopped.


Place oil and butter in a deep pot then add onion and garlic over it and stir.

Place flour over it and stir by blender. Add water (cup after cup) with stirring continually then add chicken broth cubes, salt, pepper, and mushroom slices.

Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Pour it in the serving dishes and adorn by parsley in the middle.

*you can add 1 cup of milk over the soup.
