250 g mushroom.

1 cup milk cream.

50 g margarine.

3 tablespoons flour.

6 cups water.

Salt and paprika to taste.


Clean the mushroom by wet towel and chop it finely. Place it in a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Stir until tender. Heat a pot and melt margarine over it, add flour and water slowly and stir continually until boil.

Add the mushroom to the pot and boil the soup for 15 minutes, add cream, and salt. Boil the soup for 3 minutes with stirring, when the soup is cooked well pour it in the serving dishes. Melt the remained margarine in a saucepan and brown paprika then pour it over the serving dishes.
