6 pieces of ready- made pancakes dough.

250 g mushroom, finely chopped.

250 g meat, minced.

3 green capsicum, finely chopped..

2 tomatoes, grated.

1 egg.

2 onions, sliced.

2 tablespoon margarine.

Salt, black pepper, and thyme.


Heat oil over saucepan and fry onion, mushroom, and capsicum over it until soften, then add tomatoes, salt, and thyme. Stir the mixture then remove from flame and let it to cool.

Sprinkle flour over the dough pieces and roll out them a bit. Place the stuff over them . turn the two sides of the dough into the middle and turn the ends to prevent the stuff from leakage.

Grease the dough with egg’s yolks then bake over a preheated oven ( 180 degrees C) for 25-30 minutes, then serve.
