- • 3 kg of tomato.
- • 1 tablespoon of ghee or 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- • 1/3 a kg of meat.
- • 1 big sized onion.
- • 1/2 a teaspoon of various condiments.
- • Salt.
• Peel tomatoes and get rid of their seeds and juice, then mince them finely. Mince onion finely.
• Melt ghee or oil in a pot on a medium heat and add onion, then flip it until it becomes transparent and mushy.
• Add tomatoes to the meat , and then reduce the heat, and then leave Musakka to dry all its water with flipping from time to time.
• Serve Musakka hot beside Arabic bread, hot green pepper and radish.
