  • • 200g of gram.
  • • 1/2 a cup of lemon juice.
  • • 100 g of tahini.
  • • Water
  • pepper
  • salt
  • cumin
  • garlic
  • • Oil or a tablespoon of ghee.
  • • Parsley for decoration.


Step 1

• Soak gram for 12 hours in warm water, you can add sodium bicarbonate for 10 minutes after filtering it from the soaking water.

Step 2

• Boil gram with adequate water for an hour and a half approximately.

Step 3

• Grind gram well, and you can use the mixer then add tahini, lemon juice, grinded garlic and a little of water.

Step 4

• Put all of these components in a plate and then decorate it with smooth red pepper and parsley and then add oil on the surface or melt ghee on it when serving.
