3 cups lentils.

2 cups flour.

3/4 cup margarine or butter.

3 red onions.

2 garlic cloves.

Coriander, 1 bunch.

Salt and pepper.


Rinse lentils and parboil it. In a bowl add water, salt, and flour and knead them together to make a smooth dough, roll  out the dough by a rolling pin into 12 inch circle . Slice the dough into( 2 santim in width). Arrange the slices one over one with sprinkling the flour over them to prevent them from sticking. Chop the dough slices into small pieces and sprinkle flour over them and set aside.

Chop onion, garlic, and coriander and fry them all in the oil then add to the lentils while it is over the heat.

Season with salt and pepper, before serving in an half hour place the dough over the soup and stir by wood spoon for a while.
