Meat with sauce

1 kg veal, diced.
10-12 onions (small size).
2 water glasses of milk.
2 tablespoons starch.
1/2 teaspoon thyme.
2 bay leaves.
1 lemon juice.
Place meat in a pot. Pour 3-4 cups of water over it and cook until tender.
Take from the broth about 1 glass and set aside.
Chop the mushrooms, onions, and carrots and add them to the pot.
Add thyme, salt, and dill and cook until vegetables are softened.
Dissolve starch in the broth glass then pour milk over it and blend .
Pour the broth mix over the meat pot slowly with stirring continually.
Boil for 10 minutes then serve.
