  • • 1kg of eggplants.
  • • 1kg of zucchini.
  • • 2 kg of peeled and minced tomato.
  • • 4 pieces of pepper,
  • 1/2 a kg of apple.
  • • 4 big onions.
  • • 1kg of coarse meat.
  • • 1/4 a kg of fat.
  • • 1 tablespoon of salt.
  • • 1/2 a teaspoon of condiment.


Step 1

• Mince all the previous ingredients, then bring the fat, meat, minced onion, salt and condiment and fry them well until the meat becomes mature, then bring the minced ingredients and put them on this meal, then stir well and after that leave them on heat for an hour or approximately near to this time, then serve it.

    Ms Layla condiment is not red pepper paste
    condiment is type of spice in Arabic called Bahar or Bahart
