1 tablespoon butter.
250 g minced lamb meat.
100 g ( small one) potato diced small.
Envelope asparagus soup 1
1 garlic clove, pressed.
1-2 cups water.
1-2 tablespoon lemon juice.
Melt butter in a large saucepan add meat and cook in a medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add potato, asparagus soup, garlic, and water to the meat.
Boil the mixture with stirring and simmer 15 minutes.
Add lemon juice and season soup with black pepper.
