4 cups flour.
1 cup water.
1 tablespoon salt.
1/2 kg veal, minced.
Salt and black pepper.
3 tablespoons butter.
1 teaspoon paprika.
1 kg yogurt.
2-3 garlic cloves.
In a large bowl add flour, salt, eggs, and water. Blend them well to make a dough.
Divide the dough into small pieces and roll out them in 1 Mm thick. Then cut each one into cubes 3 Cm in width.
Prepare the stuff in a pot by adding veal, onion, salt, and pepper and blend them together well.
Use a little amount of the stuff to fill the cubes. Paste the ends together and close.
Grease a baking dish with oil then arrange the dough cubes over it then put it in a preheated oven (200 degrees C) until its color be slightly brown.
Pour 4 cups of meat broth in a pot and heat until boil, then add the dough cubes and heat for 5-6 minutes.
Blend yogurt with garlic and Brown paprika with butter
After that arrange the mant( dough cubes) over the serving dish. Adorn with blended yogurt and browned paprika over the mant ( dough cubes).
