Ingredients

  • • 1 1/2 a kg of eggplant.
  • • 1/2 a kg of lamb meat pieces.
  • • 1 liter of water.
  • • 1 spoon of salt.
  • • 100g of pine.
  • • 1kg of rice.
  • • 100g of ghee.
  • • Condiments
  • cinnamon
  • saffron.
  • • 1 liter of oil to fry eggplant.

Methods

Step 1

• Peel the eggplants and cut them longitudinally with a thickness of 1cm , then fry them with oil and then put them on a blotter.

Step 2

• Boil meat with an aromatic bunch until become cooked.

Step 3

• Roast a few of eggplants until it gain the golden color.

Step 4

• Boil roasted eggplants with condiment and salt then cook the rice with it , then row the eggplants pieces with meat and rice in a deep plate then flip them in the serving plate and decorate them with pine.
