Ingredients

  • • 5kg of eggplants.
  • • 1kg of a little fatty meat.
  • • 1kg of rice.
  • • 1 small cup of pomegranate molasses.
  • • 1 teaspoon of tomato molasses.
  • • 1 tablespoon of salt.
  • • 1 teaspoon of condiment.

Methods

Step 1

• After soaking rice, mix the ingredients all together and fill them in the eggplants.

Step 2

• Put eggplants on heat immersed with third of a tomato water and a third of water.

Step 3

• Then, turn the heat off after an hour from boiling or about, then serve.
