Step 1

• Bring a 1kg of fresh milk and put it without boiling it on a wide tray and leave it for 8 hours approximately in a moderate heat place, so a layer of fat exists on the surface of milk.

Step 2

• Bring hot oven bread (Tannour) and put its face on the milk so a layer of fat sticks with bread, then raise it and put it in a plate and pour natural honey on it, then cut and eat.

Step 3

• You can sprinkle sugar on it.
