  • • Sheep's tongues.
  • • Laurel leaves.
  • • Various condiments.
  • • A finely minced onion.
  • • A finely minced parsley.
  • • Salt.
  • • Lemon juice.


Step 1

• Boil tongues in a pot that includes water and salt, then remove the grease when the water and tongues become boiled. After boiling, put laurel leaves in the pot.

Step 2

• After being cooked, filter them from the water (don't get rid of the soup).

Step 3

• Start peeling the tongues and chopping them into small pieces.

Step 4

• Start getting the meat pieces back to the soup that you filtered the tongues from it in the beginning, then heat them well.

Step 5

• And then, put salt, minced onion, parsley and sour lemon juice and mix all together well.

Step 6

• Then, filter the fine meat again and put it with the mix , then mix all together well, and then pour them in the serving plate.
