 : Ingredients

1 cup brown lentils.

4 cups water.

2 garlic cloves, minced.



3 tomatoes, grated.


Rinse lentils and place it in a pot and pour water over it until it submerges in water and simmer until lentils is cooked. Add garlic, tomato, salt, and cumin.

Boil the soup then blend it in an electronic blender and bring it back to heat. Simmer for a few minutes then serve.
