1 cup green lentils.

2 packet pasta.

5-4 stalks green onions, finely chopped.

Dill, finely chopped.

Parsley, finely chopped.

1 red capsicum, sliced.

2-3 tablespoons canned corn.

2-3 Cucumber pickles, sliced.

Salt and paprika.

Corn oil.


Parboil lentils and pasta in separate pots and drain them. In a large bowl add onion, dill, capsicum, and cucumber pickles then  add lentils and pasta. combine all this ingredients together and serve.

Note : adorn with mint leaves to taste.
