Lentil lemon soup

200 g yellow lentils.

3 garlic cloves, crushed.

2 tablespoons olive oil.


3 tablespoons lemon juice.




Rinse lentils and soak, parboil it well and drain. Add salt, garlic, and lemon juice then add the mixture to the parboiled lentils. Pour soup in the serving dish adorn by tomato and olive oil.
