1 leek stalk.

2 carrots, chopped.

1/2 celery, chopped.

400 g lentils.

15 g butter.

2 tablespoons curry powder.

1 1/2 L chicken broth.

Salt and paprika.

1/2 coriander bunch, chopped.


Slice the leek into rings( 3 centimeter). Add carrots and celery

Melt butter in a pot and fry the vegetables over it for 5 minutes, then season with curry and mix all ingredients together well.

Add broth and boil for 3 minutes. Add lentils and boil the soup for 8-10 minutes over medium heat sprinkle salt and paprika. Adorn with coriander and serve.
