Ingredients:

1/2 Kg Knafeh .

400 g walnuts.

2 tablespoons sugar.

4 eggs.

1 glass milk.

For sugar syrup:

2 glass sugar.

2/5 glass of water.

To prepare sugar syrup:

Boil water and sugar together. Add lemon juice and boil. The sugar syrup should be cold and the konafa hot.

Directions:

Roll out konafa in hand size and stuff it with walnuts and sugar then roll.

Blend 4 eggs with milk, and then dunk the rolled konafa over the eggs mixture.

Fry it in a deep pot until it slightly brown. Dunk into sugar syrup and serve hot.
