Ingredients

  • • 8 pieces of toast bread.
  • • 4 tablespoons of butter.
  • • 2 cups of liquid milk.
  • • 4 tablespoons of starch.
  • • Sugar (to taste).
  • • 1/2 a can of kimar cream.
  • • Syrup, mastic.
  • • Food dye with orange color (optional).
  • • 1/2 a cup of coffee from blossom water.

Methods

Step 1

• Grind toast bread in the moulinex grinder until it becomes fine and grinded.

Step 2

• Put butter in a tray and melt it on heat, then put toast bread on it equally, then put them in the oven and leave the bread in the oven until it becomes dry and start roasting.

Step 3

• During this time, make a pudding (put milk and sugar on heat then add starch and flip continuously) and when the pudding starts being solid, add cream to it, and in the end add mastic and blossom water on it.

Step 4

• After getting out the bread from the oven, pour syrup on it while it is hot (it is preferred that the syrup to be cold).

Step 5

• After the bread absorbs the syrup amount, put pudding on it and leave it to cool , then put it in the fridge for 2 hours at least.

Step 6
