Ingredients:

1 cup kishk
Medium onion, finely chopped
200 g meat, minced.
1/4 cup margarine
3 cups water
2 garlic cloves, crushed.
1 teaspoon of dried mint

Directions:

melt  margarine in a saucepan over medium heat.  Add onions with stirring until slightly brown.. add meat to the onion and stir for 10 minutes.

add the kishk to the onions and meat and cook for two minutes on the heat.

Add water to the mixture, stir well to prevent kishks from sticking In the bottom of the pot,   cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
add garlic and mint and blend them well with the mixture and serve.
