Ingredients:

200 g meat ( without fat), minced.

4 tablespoons kishk powder.

4 cups water.

2 tablespoons butter.

1 onion, grated.

1 teaspoon dried mint.

1 teaspoon paprika.

Salt and black pepper to taste.

Directions:

Melt 4 tablespoons kishk in 4 cups water and set aside for 10 minutes. in a pot place onion, meat, salt, and pepper and blend. Roll the meat to make small meat balls. Place meat balls over saucepan and cook. Heat kishk with its water over heat and boil. Add meat balls to the soup; boil for 5 minutes then remove from flame.

Heat oil in a saucepan; brown mint and paprika over it, then add them to the soup, and serve.
