Ingredients

  • • 3 cups of milk.
  • • 1/2 a cup of peeled almond, finely minced.
  • • 1/4 a cup of starch, melted in 1/2 a cup of cold water.
  • • 1/2 a cup of sugar.
  • • 3 small pieces of mastic, grinded with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  • • 1/4 a cup of blossom water.

Methods

Step 1

• Put milk in a pot on a back burner.

Step 2

• Add almond and stir on a backburner for 30 minutes.

Step 3

• Add starch to the milk with continuous flipping on heat.

Step 4

• Add sugar and stir on heat for 10 other minutes.

Step 5

• Add mastic and blossom water and stir for 5 minutes.

Step 6

• Pour poor kishk in the small serving plates.

Step 7

• Decorate it with a little of minced almond, serve it cold.
