2 glasses milk.

1 glass butter.


100 g yeast.

Flour to taste.

Cream (Ashta).

For stuffing with flour:

250 g margarine.

500 g flour.



Place the dough ingredients in a pot and dough well then set aside.

(to prepare the flour stuffing: heat margarine in a saucepan then brown the flour over it. To prepare walnuts stuffing: chop walnuts and sprinkle sugar (to taste) over it with blending).

When the dough is ready cut into small pieces, then roll out each one and contort it to the middle and add the stuff.

Roll the dough piece, then roll it circularly (stick the ends together).

Grease the rolls with egg yolks, adorn with sesame or wild savage. Arrange the rolls in a baking dish and bake in preheated oven (200 degrees C) until they be slightly brown and slightly swollen, and then serve.
